Ramadan Iftar
The PSU Ramadan Iftar Series is a community initiative that brings refugees, Malaysians, partners, volunteers, and friends together to break fast during the holy month of Ramadan. More than a shared meal, the series provides a welcoming space for people from different backgrounds to connect, strengthen relationships, and experience the values of compassion, generosity, and community that Ramadan represents.
The Ramadan Iftar Series aims to foster a sense of belonging by creating opportunities for people to come together in the spirit of reflection, gratitude, and togetherness. Each gathering includes the breaking of fast, shared meals, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to learn about the traditions and significance of Ramadan. Whether participants are observing Ramadan or joining to learn and connect, everyone is welcomed into an atmosphere of respect, warmth, and inclusion.
